Lana Fahoum
Head of the Board: Graduate of Medicine (MA). Lana is currently studying at the Faculty of Medicine at the Technion in Haifa. She has been volunteering at Baladna for the last 5 years, first in the Youth Leadership Training Project, and later as a Board member.

Sayed Rayyan
Mechanical Engineering student at the Technion in Haifa. Sayed has been a member of Baladna's board since 2006.

George Ghantous
Electroni engineering and student at the Technion in Haifa. George has been a member of Baladna's board since 2007.

Rasha Hilwi
Sociology and Education (BA), Haifa University. Rasha is a write and a journalist and is responsible for the Jafra and Momken websites.

Mateel Mussalam
Graduate of the Communications Disorders Department, Speech Therapy (BA) Haifa University; Mateel is now working as a speech therapist.

Kholood Ershied
Education and Civics for elementary and high school levels. She currently works as a Social Guide at the Centre for Women in Distress.

Helen Mtanis
Helen is currently completing her Masters in Neurobiology at Haifa University, and will soon be starting her PhD, also in Neurobiology. She has worked with Baladna for the last couple of years in the leadership project. Helen is originally from Abu-snan.

Saleem Abu Jabal
Journalist and Script Writer. Studied Theatre and Arabic at Haifa University. Saleem also studied Script-writing in Tel Aviv. He is the editor of the magazine "Cinema files" and the news section on Channel 2. He is a cinema and theatre critic. He is also the organizer of the festival "Films behind the wall".

Saher Esmeir
Saher completed his BA and MA in Computer Science at the Technion in Haifa. He is currently working on his PhD in the same subject. He works as a lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at the Technion and as an Academic consultant for the project "Together", a project for Arab students at the Technion. Saher is a member of Haifa El Fattah.

Nadim Nashif
Director. He was head of the committee for Education Guidance for Arab students, and was the director of Reut-Sadaka Association. Nadim was also coordinator of the youth section of Balad party, and was active in Arab students' committee at the universities of Haifa and Tel-Aviv, and in the national union of Arab students. He has a BA in History fro Haifa University and a Masters in Business Administration from Derby College.

Iyad Barghouti
Project Coordinator for the "Leadership Training Programme" at Baladna, and Project Coordinator for the Networking and Technical Support in "Ittajah - Union of Arab organizations". Iyas is a writer and journalist who studied Political Science and Sociology at Tel Aviv University.
